Web-based E-SMART_HR
This fully integrated browser based human capital system is targeted to human resource personnel, payroll clerks, and employees. The human resource personnel will find it useful from the point they recruit new employees to managing employees until their resignation or retirement. The payroll clerk will find their daily tasks lessen as the system will help calculate the employees' salary either on a daily basis, per week, bi-weekly, or on a monthly basis. As for employees, they can apply leaves, submit claims for overtime, and preview or print pay slips. This can be achieved within buttons away and without much effort.
The security aspect of E-SMART_HR application will be managed by encrypting 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is the highest level of security protocol & widely used on the internet to encrypt data traversing between nodes as well as having our own built-in security module that will keep track of all user logons and their activities throughout their session.
