EN ABDUL JALIL GHAZALI also experience in Internal Auditing and Human Resources and had served in various management capacities with PETRONAS, PROTON and JT International (formerly known as R. J. Reynolds). As a Senior Management Team Member and Regional Human Resource Director for JT International - multinational company based in Geneva, he was responsible for all strategic human resources management and organizational and people development initiatives for the Company's operations in Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Business Service Centre and Global Service Desk (a JT International shared-service organization for finance and IT services operations for Asia Pacific region) in Malaysia.
EN ABDUL JALIL GHAZALI is well verse in the area of human resource consulting, education, strategic planning, training and some of the major global projects that he was involved were in the implementation of job evaluation for New Work Group, performance management and competencies development programs and the setting-up of the Shared Services for the Finance and Information Technology functions for the Asia Pacific region. |
